Here we see vines and olive trees but also palm trees; the people who come here are all inhabitants, most of them having been living here for a very long time… which can be easily understood : after only a few hours spent in Waiheke, we have this strange feeling that maybe here we have found a paradise on earth. |

It is in Gisborne that, with some tenderness, we discover the vines which, each morning, are the first in the world to see the rising day. We choose to participate: an early wake-up and we can admire, still sleepy-eyed, red and gold rising up out of the sky over the ocean... |
