Imagine wines with little complexity, fruity, often simple and making it easier for wine lovers. How surprised we were visiting our first wine shops to discover such a large offer and such a choice, in terms of quality and grapes, of price and labelling.

Wines are mainly made to be drunk quickly and not to be kept in a cellar; wines with a labelling often full of creativity. Of course, there are some wines with conventional labels, but many are the brands taking advantage of the few restrictions, and giving way to original ways of communicating.

Discovering the bottle becomes a game and it helps remember a story, an image or a name... and often too, a high quality wine.

Imagine meeting fascinating and passionate people who, with a lot of fun and spirit, let you discover what they make, people who love the earth and wait for the wave to come and go surfing before the sun rises or sets. Characters, personalities, people who love life and wine and share it.

Imagine women and men who preach for quality and a job well done, who take time and teach you, who open the doors of their estate, of their passion and invite you to stay for lunch or dinner.

In Australia we have also met some of these characters who in a few minutes share what they like, their peculiar and rich destinies which we can feel in their wine. Magical encounters for unique moments, sharing a glass of wine...
