Next morning,
we wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise before we start our visits.
No way: because of bushes and ditches and fences, we can't see the sun
rising on the vineyards. Everywhere vines are protected and hidden.
In
Chile, welcoming independent wine tourists is still unusual. One easy
way to visit bodegas is to follow a guided tour with a tourist agency,
but this means losing the charm of private visits...
Motivation
is essential, but once we have an appointment, what a reward! Warm welcome,
smiles and professionalism from those who give you time, open doors
for visitors for private tours.

Imagine
immense estates, ancient vines, everywhere vineyards that have been
protected from illness. Recent and modern bodegas, aesthetic buildings
and an architecture fitting perfectly with the environment.
Imagine
a visit where you are allowed to discover everything, from vines to
vats, from barrels to the lab. Here, the visitor has to be curious about
wine making techniques.
At
the end of each tour we can discover surprising but delicious wines,
specific vines, wines that are different and make each tasting unique.

Imagine fabulous encounters with women and men who have their bodegas
in their heart, passionate discussions, nice moments shared with people
who welcome you warmly just for pleasure.
In
Chile, encounters have a unique depth and leave striking memories. A
country with vineyards, protecting itself but revealing its treasures
step by step to the ones who offer their desire and time...
